A Leadership Spirit will bring big change into your life; bring a bright future indeed in whatever you do. When some one call to lead, actually he start doing, God’s fulfillment into his life, even into his own world. He will have a different new world to establish, so I just want to ask you to start filling your life with His Divine Purposed
Read: Matthew 5:14-15
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.
1. God has predestined for every believer to be a leader in this world
- You are the Light of Directions and Salt of Preservations (Mat 5:14-15)
i. That’s why never hide your ability
ii. If you are not responding the place of leadership, you’ll trample underfoot - The Five-Fold Ministry will equip every saint for the work of ministry (Eph 4:11-16)
- Jesus lead us into Salvation, so we lead others (Romans 8:29)
2. You Must Finding Your Destiny In Leadership And Involve 5 Steps:
- Do you see yourself as God sees you? ( Gen 1:24-26; Luk 4:18; Rom 1:17; Phi 2:13; 4:13,19; 1 Pet 2:9; 1 John 4:4
- Willing to Renew Your Mind and To be Transformed (Rom 12:1-2; Mat 4:19)
- Be Part of The Body of Local Members ( Mat 16:18; 1 Cor 12:12-18,28)
- Serve where you have opportunity (1 King 19:19-21; Acts 6:2-8; Acts 8:5)
- Be faithful in the “Small” things (Luk 16:10; Mat 25:14-30)
3. Be Christians (Believers) Fulfillment Comes In Leadership (John 13:3-17)
- You are created in God’s Image, Serving and Leading Is Your Nature, Because that is God’s Nature (Gen 1:26; Rom 8:29)
- Those who walk with Jesus, naturally desire to live (Lead) as HE did (Luk 9:1-2, 6; Luk 10:1-2, 17; Acts 8:4
- Heavenly Reward is based on Serving and Leading people to God
